She knows what she wants

Lately we've been catching Maxie in the pantry staring at her bag of treats. She's pretty much obsessed with them and sometimes she'll even bark at them if we don't give her one. 

Of course we think it's cute, so she ends up getting a couple treats every day. I guess she's figured out how to train us. 

A new fence

Next on the list was to build a fence in the backyard to keep these maniacs contained. 

First, Chris had to move some of the gravel in the parking pad out of the way so he could dig the holes for the posts. 

The posts were cemented in place. And a new slab of concrete sidewalk was laid down.

Next the stringers were put up. 

And then the boards. 

Gate coming soon... the baby's room needs some attention first.
